User stories indicate that Staff can switch out map icons via FTP and renaming files, but on the basic /map page there's an option to do this for Admin via
/admin/content/taxonomy/taxonomy_image

Link in "You can manage your own set of map point icons..." goes to an Access Denied screen for staff but works for admin.

If this is behaving as expected should edit the text to say that "Admins can manage your own set of icons..." but if staff also should be able to do this then staff role should be given permissions. (I'm somewhat confused by the FTP thing on the user stories... if Staff role should be using ftp to accomplish icon switching, this should be called out in the help text, probably?)

Fixed in commit 715694e. Changing wording on block. Will change user stories on GitHub to better reflect.

Admin is able to switch out images for points per user stories (and Staff can't, also per user stories).
