In views path node/%/?? using $view->args[0]

This is some usabilty issue, because of I don't think, what would be the best.
This is fixed, that need $node context to use tokens in bc. But is the best to use the first views result?
In my case I made a page view with path node/%/forum i saw, the token [ogname] did't work, when views hadn't result.
If somebody use the node/%/[something] path, or there are any argument in views, it would be nice to use the $view->args[0] against $view->result[0]->nid.
