Applying for co-maintainership

Per greggles in #drupal-contribute, I would like to become a co-maintainer of plupload. I'll be integrating plupload into node_gallery which will expose plupload to a large and diverse group of users, most notably IE users wanting to use the flash uploader option. CVS commit access will make things much easier for myself and the current co-maintainers.
