On dashboard blocks which have a more link, it would be nice if the title of the block was also a link to the page view. I find myself constantly clicking on it expecting that. In addition, it would save scrolling down to the bottom of the list to hit the small "more" target.
This does present a small problem because currently the title is part of the draggable region to reorder blocks. I see one of two possible solutions:
* Create an icon for the draggable hit area (similar to the edit and close icons)
* Still use the header area for draggable hit zone, but just leave out the actual title text (this is sort of how it works currently with regards to the edit/close icons -- you can drag by clicking around those icons, though in those cases the icons are actually draggable hit zones that still perform their original actions, which is a bug I believe).

dwwAdding the drupal.org redesign dashboard tag so we can easily track all the issues related to d.o dashboard widgets, regardless of what project they're in.
Yeah, I pointed out the problem of the drag "handle" over at #936648-16: Make the "My issues" block (for the dashboard) more beautiful and functional. I'm not thrilled with the alternatives proposed here, but I don't have a good counter-proposal yet. Therefore, also tagging for a UX review. ;)
