If a widget is already on the dashboard, "Add to dashboard" link still shows

After adding the "Your issues" tab to the dashboard with the "Add Your Issues to Dashboard +" link, and navigating back to "Your issues" the link continues to display. Clicking it again adds another "Your Issues" widget to the dashboard. It would be nice if the link was not displayed when the widget is already on the dashboard or if the text read "Your Issues is already on your dashboard" or "Remove Your Issues from Dashboard -".
