High cache hit rate for "not necessary query strings"

Certain things like 99% of nodes do not use the query string of the URL; create rules that ignore the query string for certain content types. Rewrite rules are easy to do. Need php logic. filename will end with 3 underscores to identify it as one that can ignore the query string.
