Allow for a fallback menu if <the menu selected by the page> returns nothing

Thanks for an awesome module! The option to select <the menu selected by the page> is particularly helpful! But it falls a bit short on pages (like "Privacy Policy" or "Terms of Use") that aren't really part of the formal menu structure of the site. The menu block just returns blank.

This lightweight patch adds an alternate parent item as a fallback option.
