Improve the Advance Help Documentation: view.help.ini [#943568]

Detail description:
add new structure to the views architecture in the edit views

I improve the whole documentation for the new views3 development. I arranged with dereine that i will upload the changes as single commits. Sadly i have already made all the changes in the documentation, so i have to split them. I will upload the pieces the next day one by one.
I am glad to get Feedback.

In the end i will upload a new views.help.ini with the better structure.

Ok, finally have a setup for testing - this currently does apply and appears to work. In the future, the ini file changes should go with the patch for the file being changed - change the ini file AND add the new file at the same time.

OK, everything else is RTBC - the one thing missing is "style-settings", which you appear to have added in this ini file, but I don't see a patch for that file. Am I reading the patch wrong, or is it one you missed uploading?

Added the style-settings file in #972682: Adding adv help docs: style-settings, so I'm ready to commit as soon as merlinofchaos and I can sit down and do it.
