This came up in some other issues (in a hurry today; can't research links)

We've unlinked the numbered headings and we'll have to keep the ordering, for now.

Also, I've updated the Documentation section .. handbooks terminology is getting phased out.

Now that support is separate, def. need to link the pages separately on this page. I'll do that....

As for the other suggestions/renaming or reordering, I will wait for community suggestions (or more people to chime in).

Make reorder still sense with 2 more menu-bar added as today?

I think everyone can figure out the 2 completely separated design meanings and purposes now.
I'm for close this issue and by new different eventually arising suggestions or observation on how to make it bette
