Like the title says. I don't see a reason why #header is fixed to 320px. Shouldn't it float between the logo and the right side of the theme?

Sth. like : Logo Sitename #header searchbox

If any of logo, sitename or searchbox is disabled the #header should float accordingly.

Maybe, maybe not. Can't really see the big deal here, its a starter theme, you can change it.
