Have used this module at least a dozen times and there's no way I'd build a site without it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working this go round. Are there any known conflicts?

I've enabled the module
enabled the administrator role in admin/user/settings
assigned the role
when I go to permissions, admin role magic isn't reflected.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this problem?

Just adding that the administrator role was not created by the module as it is in the tutorial mentioned on the module page. (I've never known it to create one.)

If this happens to anyone else, UNINSTALLING the module, leaving the role alone, re-enabling the module then re-enabling the role for admin in user settings worked.
