1. On Documentation homepage http://drupal.org/documentation "Recently updated" tab redirects to Community & Support -> Getting Involved tab -> Recent updates. Which looks like unexpected behavior.

2. The Table with the Recent updates on the Handbook Page does not show up in the Printer Friendly version.

3. TAB caption: Recently Updated and Page title: Recent Updates, This should match.

Tabs:

(Docs Home) result: working correctly
(API) - not working: result - Page non Found
(Recent updated) result: go to "Community & Support" -> sub title "Recent updates" -> (active Tab "Getting Involved") - works correctly

Also happens on node edit pages.

Confirmed that the API tab gets a server not found for api.beta.drupal.org.

Is there a reason the recently updated tab doesn't display results within the tab but instead redirects to the Community & Support section, "Recent updates" "Getting Involved Tab". That seems like unexpected behavior. Almost, like a redirect should be a link, and a tab should have results within the existing context.

Leaving as needs work.

confirmed page not found on the API tab. Still needing work

I tested the three tabs on the documentation link.

WE might want to consider having the api tab have the title api.drupal.org so the user expects to get redirected to a sub-site until the new api.drupal.org site theme is deployed.

The book images in the advertisement at the bottom are not showing up. Long term, we want these images to be deployed via Google admanager so they can be put into rotation.

@amazon, Agreed, renaming the API to api.drupal.org sounds cool. Should be then extend the same login to Your groups on the Profile Page and call it groups.drupal.org?
Can we open all the sub sites in a separate tab and not on the same window?

Title: QA: Documentation / Docs Home tab » QA: Documentation home / Recently updated tab redirect
Project: » Drupal.org customizations
Version: » 6.x-3.x-dev

All 3 tabs at d.o. documentation home page work correctly.

Though "Recently updated" still redirects to Community & Support -> Getting Involved tab -> Recent updates. Which looks like really unexpected behavior. Moving to d.o customizations as redesign project is over. Please correct if it should be moved to some other place.

Project: Drupal.org customizations » Documentation

I'd like to hear what the documentation team wants, then move to the appropriate place for implementation.

Other issues with this page are:

- The Table with the Recent updates on the Handbook Page does not show up in the Printer Friendly version.
- TAB caption: Recently Updated and Page title: Recent Updates, This should match.

(Moved from #932922: QA: Documentation / Recently Updated tab)

Issue tags: +drupal.org redesign, +drupal.org redesign qa

apaderno - those tags were still perfectly accurate. They don’t need triaging to simply remove them.

https://www.drupal.org/documentation has gone through multiple iterations since the Drupal.org redesign this issue was a part of, so it is no longer relevant, and can be closed. This issue still is part of that project, so the issue tags should remain as-is.
