Hello,

First of all, thanks very much for the advanced_forum project, it is EXTREMELY important to users like myself who need a modern-looking forum using the wonderful Drupal core. Thanks!

This issue has to do with a multi-lingual forum using the i18n module. The language negotiation is configured via a subdomain (en.myforum.org , es.myforum.org , de.myforum.org , etc). From there, I am using the same taxonomy terms for all languages with the term translated into the different languages. With the i18n module enabled, the top-level /forum view works well, i.e. it shows for example 50 posts in the different forum categories en.myforum.org subdomain, and 20 posts in the es.myforum.org subdomain. However, when I enter one of the forum categories, it mixes all the languages together in the listing.

Any suggestions? Thanks very much!

Title: advanced_forum 6.x-2.0 ignores i18n language setting » Make Advanced Forum views work with i18n language setting

I have absolutely no idea what's required to make i18n work with Views, sorry. I'm moving this over to the Views queue to see if anyone there has a clue about it. If they don't, you might have to try the forums. If there's some change I can do in the AF view to make it work, feel free to put it back in my queue but, without more info, there's nothing I can do.

Is it as simple as installing the i18nviews module perchance?

I'm guessing that yes i18nviews module fixed your issue.
I am moving this issue over there and marking it as fixed. Please feel free to reopen it if you are still having problems.
