I'n not sure if this should be asked here or in the Date module... But here goes... I am attempting to make an "Event" content type with a calendar view. So I edit the date_browser view by changing the default Basic Settings to "Style: Calendar". I then add the "Date: Date (node)" argument to "Node: Updated date" and add Fields... But each time I attempt the argument I am giving the following error and instructions:

The Date argument in this view must be set up to provide a default value set to the current date. Edit the argument, find 'Action to take if argument is not present.', choose 'Provide default argument', then select 'Current date'.
The date argument date fields must be added to this query. You can exclude them if you do not want them displayed in the calendar.

So, I navigate to the 'Provide default argument' and attempt to select 'Current date' BUT it is not there. The only choices I have are:
"Hide view / Page not found (404)"
"Display empty text"
"Summary sorted ascending"
"Summary sorted descending"

What step am I missing in this process?

Ok, sorted it out. But not sure how yet. I'm going to take an even longer and harder look at this and try to write up how I did this. I was following a tutorial or two, to accomplish this, but what I was arriving at or the screens I had were not the same as those in the tutorials... likely because i have more modules and cck field types involved...
