Hiii, I want to make custom URL structure in my website like http://www.theonion.com/audio/towtruck-driver-has-great-idea-for-towtruc... instead of http://www.theonion.com/?q=node/5. How can I do this please help.

You'll also need to enable clean urls at admin/settings/clean-urls to get rid of the query string format.
