The latest release (6.x-1.2) is already set as "recommended" as indicated by the color green (instead of yellow).

Hmmm... weird, I tried downloading this module again on a different server and it worked just fine. Perhaps the other server had an older version of drush or there was just a glitch somewhere. Thanks!
