I have anonymouse users that post content to the moderation queue, but have no way to actually contact them that it's been approved or denied. Kind of wish I could have a message that says that the content is being moderated instead of "content has been created", but I haven't searched around on how to change that, and I am betting that isn't too difficult...anyway...

Since they are only going to post 1 or 2 pieces of content in their time on the site, I don't want to store a massive list of users and would rather just have an email sent directly to them that their post was approved or denied.

Actions and workflow looked awesome, except that this wouldn't be a mailing list.

moder8 looked even better except it assumes that the auther is a user of the site.

What I would absolutely love is the moderation queue of moder8, but have an email field where I can just put in the anonymous users email and then of course send the correct message.

I have looked at workflow, actions, moder8 and even the contact forms, hoping maybe to mash them up into something, but of course finding where to begin, is always the hardest part. :P
