Help with theme for panel

hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if not let meknow, i'm a newbee.

I've got a panel based on a view, however:
1. how do I theme my panel? It's going to be used as a homepage for various sub sections.
2. I'm showing the top 3 nodes in my panel. when i click the 'more' link, i want it to dispalay all the posts for that node.
