I recently installed Drupal 4.7.4 after uploading it to my site.
After a few hiccups it's working, but to my dismay, I realize when I activate blocks I keep getting this error:

Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator.

Further more, when I upload the logo & favicon, they dont appear and I have the Drupal one showing in spite of disabling it.
:(

What can I do? I, the site administrator dont know what's up!
