Hi all,
I would like to eliminate the ?q= from my site address. This is probably a simple fix but I have been unable to find it.
From http://www.mysite.com/?q=nodename
To http://www.mysite.com/nodename
Thanks in advance

Drupal provides a GUI for this: URL - q=? =>> Clean Url's
That would be very easy, just go too:
Administer ===>>> Settings ===>>> General settings (General Settings is a Collapsed region on the very same page as Settings, just look in the main area between the sidebars). Click on general Settings to expand the region and display the contents within. Scroll down the page until you see: Clean URLs:
Add a tickmark by clicking in the little circle (Enabled).
ref: "This option makes Drupal emit "clean" URLs (i.e. without ?q= in the URL.)"
Thank you rentex That's
