Honestly, I can't figure out how to do it. I've looked and can't seem to find any threads on it, so either I'm missing something obvious or there's some method of doing it that I don't see.
I have created a new block entitled "Resources" on my page. I'd like to add a link structure to that block, but every time I go to create a page I can't find a way to place it inside of the Resource block.
I can put it apparently anywhere else just about, but not my own block. Can someone help?

when you add a block there
when you add a block there is a text area called block body. this is where you would enter the php or HTML for what you want shown in the block. Prior to submitting the block do not forget to expant the input filters menu and choose the proper filter for the block body.
So there's no way besides
So there's no way besides manually including a href links to the pages I want to manage the content inside a block I create?
Something similar to how the user block is set up, with being able to automatically add new links there, etc, etc? ...
administer -> menus
sure, unless im misunderstanding, which is always possible : )
administer -> menus and create menu links inside the block
