A filter to delete <p>&nbsp;</p> ?

Using the Tiny MCE plugin is great but often i get

<p>&nbsp;</p> markup at the end that i would like to filter out. Anyone know of a filter that does that or a short cut remedy to implement it ? It throughs the site validation of and i have to manually edit those messages.
