upgraded from 4.4.2 to cvs so i could have the ability for anon users to post email and url when creating a comment. problem is that now only the admin can make a comment. when i try as anon or a authenticated user i get an error

"Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page."

any ideas?

At the moment CVS has several show-stopping bugs due to large changes (the tab patch being the biggest one). Remember: CVS is never guaranteed to be stable.

I hope you backed up your database before upgrading...

didn't back it up, it's a new install basically. can rebuild if i really need to. is it not possible to use the database as it is now and go back to 4.4.2?
