I noticed there is no one specifically in charge of the XML-RPC subsystem and, as you can find out from my history on d.o. and elsewhere, this is probably the part of Drupal I've contributed most to.

So I am offering to be listed as maintainer for that subsystem, as suggested in http://drupal.org/node/746920#comment-3379650
