I'd like to have two roles, one author and one admin. Only admins can publish, authors can create. There's been a couple of threads about this where someone comes up with a solution, but it links to a blog post that no longer exists. How can I accomplish this?

I'd also simply settle for group members to default to non-public and unpublished in their post options, and group admins to default to both of those being checked.
