Hi all - I remember reading somewhere that people who comment can click a box to be notified if someone replies to their comment. I can't find it now for the life of me - anyone know how to do this?
Thanks,
Allen

I did manage to find the ability to subscribe in the issues area of drupal.org at the top of each issue, you can choose to subscribe.
Now per your last post, it seems you want the ability to subscribe on your drupal site ? and not on drupal.org. if this is the case, Then I totally misunderstood you : ) as I thought and had even asked, if you were looking for this functionality on drupal.org. I didnt realize you were looking for a module for your own site.
there is a subscription module in the downloads area that works the way you describe. http://drupal.org/project/subscriptions
