opencalais 6.x-3.5

Some nice updates in here:

* Reworded much of the configuration screens so normal humans can figure out what the settings mean
* #852750 via cglusky: Fixed Views integration so you can actually build views for nodes that includes calais terms and calais extra data (like lat/lon)
* #653298 via deltab: On saves of the Calais tab, invoke nodeapi update so things like search can reindex nodes with different term associations
* Added a manual processing option. For example, with embargoed content you can manually request Calais tagging only when you want
* Can now tag nodes individually with Drush
* Completely rewrote the bulk processing. It no longer uses the error prone batch api, it now uses a queue and can be processed with cron or Drush
* Some API normalization
* Removed Search/Distribution options. OpenCalais does not use them, so we removed the config. You can still specify it programmatically
