I am using webform 4.7 .I can not search in webform results.another word when search in webform by Advanced search ,I get this massage "Your search yielded no results" .

This is because webform results are NOT nodes. I don't have any plans to change this behavior of webform. Check out this post (http://drupal.org/node/83912) for more information on webform and nodes.
