As far as I see, the use case where the old password is only needed when the password is changed is not supported.
This is a current requirement that I have.
Someone started this functionality, are there plans or know problems for doing this, can you let me know.

3dloco CreditAttribution: 3dloco commented+1! This feature would be great especially when the user wants to only change his/her profile information and the user has signed up or logged in using other authentication methods (e.g. facebook, twitter, yahoo, live, etc).
