Make separate up and down vote totals accessible from views

Not necessarily a feature request. I don't know how common this need is. For anyone who is interested, the attached patch implements hook_votingapi_results_alter and hook_votingapi_metadata_alter to add separate up and down vote totals to the votingapi_cache table. There's probably a better way to do this. If you know one, please share. Thanks!
