Great module. I love it. I have everything working as desired -- even the CSS placement of the multi-line caption via wrapping with html tags. I just have one thorny issue.

After testing in all major browsers only IE 8 and IE 8 (compatibility mode) do I get artifacts while thumbing through the images with the mouse wheel. I only have the site on my dev desktop, so I can't give you an URL just yet to look at it. However, the artifact is a sort of slicing effect where the upper portion of the image moves slightly out of sync with the bottom portion of the image.

Is anybody else having a problem like this? Is there an easy fix?

I have tried setting different imagecache scaling sizes both larger and smaller than the actual focus (ie centered) image with no change in the problem. I have tried png and jpg file formats, too.

It doesn't appear to be a Drupal-specific problem.

I have to confess that this problem surprises me. If there is a simple fix, then why is it not easy to find by searching either site?!? If it is a thorny and long-term unsquashed bug with IE8, then until fixed Imageflow is JUNK!

On to ContentFlow, I suppose?

And the surprising solution that I stumbled upon is....

http://drupal.org/project/highslide

Not free for commercial use, but when both Highslide and Views Slideshow: Imageflow modules are enabled, the problem of IE8(7) looking like sh#t simply disappears. (What is your troubleshooting time worth?)

For the legions of others that will first fall in love with Imageflow as a Views plugin and then realize that it is broken for half of your visitors you will be not only thrilled to fix it with Highslide, but you will fall in love with Highslide!!!

Enjoy.
