When you are opening a group of tokens, it untermediately collapses. This is wrong because humans need transitions, its like opening your drawer and it being intermediately there - its not natural. So I suggest adding a small and subtle transition between completely open and collapsed.

I've tried to modify some of the code in jquery.treeTable.js to use slideUp and slideDown but it's not working right and I don't have enough JS magic to get it to work. Nice transitions would be great though.
