I use tinytinymce and this is what I have

<div class="toggletinymce"><a href="javascript:toggletinyMCE('edit-body')">rich text editor</a> (Use the Page Break button to insert a Drupal teaser break) </div>

so in my css I would add:

.toggletinymce {
  display: none;
}

There might also be away to turn it off in the drupal admin?

I see this
$wysiwyg_link .= "<a class="ckeditor_links" style="display:none" href="javascript:Drupal.ckeditorToggle('{$textarea_id}','". str_replace("'", "\\'", t('Switch to plain text editor')) ."','". str_replace("'", "\\'", t('Switch to rich text editor')) ."',". $xss_check .");" id="switch_{$textarea_id}">";

I have added these lines in ckeditor.module
.ckeditorToggle {
display: none;
}

It shows an error and doesn't work.Any working solution.

Sorry, I meant post the snippet of your source code from the rendered page in the browser (i.e. go to view->source or view->page source, etc depending on your browser)

There is an option in ckeditor>Editor appearance to hide toggle.Thanks.
