I've been getting a lot of page fails 403.shtml not found errors on my drupal site lately.

I know it can't be the server as I have the site on a dedicated server with very little traffic. But every once and a while the site won't display properly, it shows up without styles or I get a page not found error. Then a couple of minutes later it's ok.

When I check the watchdog, there are a whole list of 403.shtml errors for both pages and for graphics which are clearly on the site.

Does anyone know a way I can trouble shoot this and figure out what's happening. When I look at the server status while this is happening nothing seems out of the ordinary, and like I said, it shouldn't be an issue because I've got the whole server to myself and few people are using the site.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I get the same on a site using Fancy theme. Do you use that theme?

Just Blue Marine. Do you get errors that save a lot of your images files cannot be found?

I'm experiencing this today for the first time. I can't for the life of me work out what's going on?
