I have Fusion Core in sites/all/themes and my Fusion sub-theme in sites/mysitename.com/themes/mytheme.
I've enabled 'Enable grid overlay mask for administrators.' but the GRID button doesn't appear at the top left corner of the page.

OK. I just got an idea and tried moving Fusion Core into sites/mysitename.com/themes. The button appeared but I got a ton of error messages about Drupal not being able to find Fusion Core. So I cleared the caches and the errors went away, but so did the button.

Just a stab in the dark but could this have anything to do with running Skinr 6.x-2.x-dev and JQuery Update? I've noticed that the Skinr block config overlay doesn't work for me either, but that's not effected by whether or not I have the GRID button enabled.

I'm running Drupal 6.17, PHP 5.2 on Apache 2, and it's on my dev server, so I'm allowed to run dev versions of modules, right? ;)

Thanks,

Doug Gough

Hi Doug, you are correct that the "grid overlay" button does not appear when using Skinr 2.x dev release. I think it has to do with the jQuery update module as it's a different version of jQuery than what ships with Drupal. I know that it works with Skinr 1.x which does not require that module to run so may want to switch back to that version if you want the grid. I'm sure that as soon as Skinr 2.x is out of dev we will update our grid overlay script to work properly with the new release.

Thanks for clarifying that. I can live without it until Skinr 2 is out of dev. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to mark this closed or you.

Not really sure what this issue was about and haven't seen anything like this since.
