Are you talking about the The Layout Reservoir? If so yes. Which one are you looking at?

Yes, I am talking about the Layout Reservoir, but if we can also implement the bluerobot's main page layout on Drupal Theme that will be better.
As the blluerobot's main page is a very classical css/xhtml web page without table element, and I found Drupal is the only CMS that can implement this layout.
I prefer using Table element just for table purpose not for layout.
I am trying to implement the bluerobot layout on Drupal Theme. But I am new to Drupal and just have some beginning experience about php programming. If someone can help to implement just one or two, that will help me to speed up to implementing the others.

Thanks you for the information. After wathcing this video, reading "Hankbook" and Roland Tanglao's "Converting a CSS/HTML design to PHPTemplate". I finally got the basic layout done. The work is still in progress to make it perfect. Hope someday I can share it!
