Make upcoming events block calculate days not by number of hours.

I have an event that's on Thursday morning. It's now Monday afternoon. The upcoming events block shows this event, but says (2 days). I would expect it to say (3 days).

(Rebuttal to potential pedantic rebuttal:) Yes, mathematically it's possible to count it as two days because the event is less than 72 hours away and you're rounding down, but in actual human-to-human conversation, you would never do that. You would count the number of midnights (or overnights) that occur between now and the event.

I'd be happy to work on a patch, but it will take me a couple of weeks before I can start on it. (I'm moving cross-country later this week.)
