Countries can implement their own geocode settings for instead of using the default one.

location.au.inc implements location_geocode_au_google_settings but it is no different from the default google geocode settings form so I propose to remove it.

Any objections?

I ended up making the change described in the attached diff.

It was applied to 6.x-3.x, 7.x-3.x, and 7.x-4.x.
