Contract - Looking for a coder to create SSO between drupal and existing php site

We are looking for a coder that can integrate the login system of an existing site into drupal to share user information. Site members should be able to login. logout, get lost password, forgot username, go to members section after login. Site visitors can go to registration page and sign up.
