hi

you need to look at issuses to the fancy theme, this problem is discussed there :

but only with a german font.

fancy is a great theme ;) but some things are a bit strange. for example the very large menu when you are in a submenu. for this one i just released a patch http://drupal.org/node/63080

think you might need it when you want to use deeper menus with the fancy theme.
