How to enter custom date format and more [#78814]

A few features request.

1. Maybe there should be an example on how to enter custom date format in the readme. (infact I don't know how to do that right now)
2. What about using some collapsed fieldset in the field settings (It's getting too long to scroll). Maybe the input and selection options along with the data settings?
3. Can we prefix the bolded CCK in the module description as they do with core CCK fields?

I think just link in the help to something like http://php.net/date would be best.

I made some changes in latest commit to move advanced settings into collapsed fieldsets. Everything in collapsed fieldsets is optional (a valid field will be created even if the user doesn't bother to open the collapsed areas up, but someone who wants more flexibility can get it by using the advanced options.)

That takes care of the first 2 issues. I don't know what the third one means.

This CCK field is becoming really interesting. A better(more flexible) replacement for the event module?
