Just installed Menu Block 6x-2.3. The block page now has one line of instructions to "Use the add menu block page to create a customizable menu block. You will then be able to configure your menu block before adding it." "Add menu block page" appears to be a link, but goes nowhere.
Other instruction when module is activated refers to an "add menu block button or tab", which doesn't appear anywhere. I even checked using core themes, in case my themeing was getting in the way.
Any suggestions?

JohnAlbinhmm… that's odd. It sounds like the menu system is cacheing an out-of-date copy of the admin navigation menu.
What happens if you "clear cached data" on admin/settings/performance?
