Just downloaded and installed the 6.x-2-0beta3 along with the Tao and Rubik themes. Everything looks beautiful, but I do not see an admin toolbar anywhere on the page. In looking at the README file, it states the admin toolbar options can be specified at 'admin/settings/admin'. However, when I go to that path, it just takes me to the main Configuration page, i.e., the same page as 'admin/settings'.
Even if I type in 'admin/settings/foo' I see the same content as 'admin/settings'.
Anyone else having this issue or know of a workaround?
