webform e-mail notifications

Hi to all

In my site I had created 3 webforms and whenever I am submitting any of the forms, it submits rightly but the notification e-mail which is going to administrator is same for all of the 3 webforms means total 6 fields are going to displayed in the mail in which 3 are of first webform, 2 are of the second and the last is of 3rd.

If I am creating the fourth webform then also the fields in the image are same as the previous one. I dont know why. Please help me to fix this bug.
