Maybe it's there but I'm missing it, but it would be nice to be able to define the volume in the flowplayer3 configuration. Currently it defaults to 50%, which for web video (that will possibly be played back on underpowered laptop speakers) is not ideal.

Just figured I'd throw that in there while 3.x is under development.

from what I've seen in the flowplayer documentation pages there is no setting for initial player volume
