I am seing this strange string like this:
example.com/?time=1154918947
when I log into my website. I have never seen this before. I just upgraded from 4.6.5 to 4.7.3. Where is this coming from?

It has been reverted in 4.7 CVS, the next maintenance release will use another fix.
