Even US and Canada, which are imported by default, don't show up in the table at admin/store/settings/countries/edit. Also, the formatting of the page is a little screwed up - look at the wrapping of the description text. Both problems can be fixed by creating a form theme function.

Wacky. The query is fetching the country list as arrays, but then it's trying to access them as objects. I don't know why, so I'm going to go with the default behavior of using objects.

Wrapping the help text in a <p> tag seems to help the formatting.
