Yes, this is what I have enabled

OpenLayers 6.x-2.x-dev OpenLayers base API module
Depends on: Chaos tools (enabled)
Required by: OpenLayers CCK (enabled), OpenLayers Filters (enabled), OpenLayers UI (enabled), OpenLayers Views (enabled)

OpenLayers CCK 6.x-2.x-dev Provides CCK fields and widgets through an OpenLayers interface.
Depends on: OpenLayers (enabled), Content (enabled), Chaos tools (enabled)

OpenLayers Filters 6.x-2.x-dev The OpenLayers Filters module provides input filters to allow for inline maps.
Depends on: OpenLayers (enabled), Chaos tools (enabled)

OpenLayers UI 6.x-2.x-dev Provides a user interface to manage OpenLayers maps.
Depends on: OpenLayers (enabled), Chaos tools (enabled)

OpenLayers Views 6.x-2.x-dev Provides OpenLayers Views plugins.

You should have an OpenLayers WKT field type (with an OpenLayers Map widget type as the only option) when managing fields. Please note that there is no upgrade path for 1.x to 2.x concerning the CCK part yet.
