Request to add in a location for item to be store, example when if purchase order receive 100items, 20 items is display in the shop display at shelf 6-5, and 40items at storeroom-A shelf 1-20 and 40items at storeroom-B shelf 4-2. Is going help to locate goods plus with expiry date will help know track.

Hmm we do this with the stock module, which allows you to receive goods to a particular store.
The expiry would be a new feature.
Do you have some sort of serial number or batch code that would allow you to group the goods for expiry?

i notice about stock can be in a particular store but if it in a big warehouse we need to have extra information which part of the warehouse. example zone A / shelf 5 / Row 1 / colume 5 (location code:A5-1-5). so easier to do stock check.

when new stock recevice, expiry date can be addin, it can enchanced to auto trigger by event or rules like 3mth before expiry date send a email or update task about all the following items going to expire and admin can take action or give better discount or free gift and etc.

Those features are not on the drawing board for erp, but feel free to contribute them if you like.
You may be able to achieve what you want by adding fields to the erp_item type with cck?
