Hey gang,

I'm currently planning a new Drupal-based site and I'd like to speak to web designers who have experience in creating PHPTemplate based Drupal templates. I have about US$400 to spend on creating and coding the design, so I'm not sure how much I can get for that. :)

Essentially, I'm looking for someone to create a look and feel for my site, from the design phase (in Photoshop/Illustrator, I imagine) all the way to creating a Drupal PHPTemplate. I would also insist on owning the copyright to the design and any logos that are created (so that I can use them in other areas, like t-shirts and stuff).

This sounds like it's right up their alley. Alternately, you may need to end up paying a designer and then a coder seperately. Am not sure there's one designer/coder to unite them all, so to speak.
